You can request the permanent deletion of your LAVI RIDE Passenger or Driver account using the form below.
Before You Continue
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
When your request is processed:
- •Your LAVI RIDE account will be permanently deleted.
- •Your personal profile information will be removed from our active systems.
- •You will no longer be able to sign in using your phone number.
Some information may be retained where legally required:
- *Trip history
- *Payment transaction records
- *Financial records
- *Fraud prevention records
- *Information required by applicable laws and regulations
These records are retained only for the legally required period.
Most account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
